Shipping Information

Purchases will be shipped via DHL for international Shipping and TTPOST for local shipping.

  • The shipping and handling cost for your order is based on the total weight of the order. Larger the order cheaper the shipping e.g the cost of shipping one our soap is the same cost as shipping 5 soaps.
  • Orders are only shipped on Thursdays or Fridays of said week.
  • If the shipping option is not available for your area we can adjust our back office to accommodate you as most delivery methods are available to all areas throughout the world

Free Shipping Terms and Conditions

  • Free shipping is only available upon local pick-ups only.
  • Free Shipping may also be available internationally base on special sales and promotions

Out of Stock Items

  • If an item in your order is out of stock, our customer care team will be in touch to discuss a solution. We’re unable to backorder items that are out of stock.

Out Cancellation and Changes

We normally don’t accept order cancellations or changes once an order has been processed. If you have a question about your order, please contact us.

Order Tracking

When your order is shipped from our warehouse, we will send you an email to confirm your shipment - this email will include a tracking number to enable you to track your package.
